HirePath turns job recruitment into a real, in-phone workflow instead of a one-click /setjob. Players search open positions, submit tailored applications, and track their status — bosses run a proper two-stage hiring pipeline and manage their whole roster, all without leaving lb-phone. Built natively for QBox (qbx_core).

Everything is tunable from a single config file — no code editing required.

Features

• Two-stage hiring pipeline — a boss invites an applicant to interview, then hires from a dedicated "Ready to Hire" queue. Nothing is granted until that final step, even if the applicant is offline.
• Custom application questions — configurable per job, with adjustable question and answer length limits and a global default set for new jobs.
• Built-in messaging — every interview invite, denial, and hire decision lands in the applicant's inbox with an unread badge, whether they're online or not.
• True multijob support — built on qbx_core's native multijob system, not a single-job model. Hold multiple jobs, switch your active one, and leave whenever you want.
• Full boss toolkit — edit listings and questions, push recruitment notifications, and manage the whole roster (online and offline) — promote, demote, fire, or hire — right from the phone.
• Server-owner configurable — explicit job allow-list, per-job icons, salary visibility toggle, granular logging, and optional Discord webhook logging for applications, recruitment, and errors.

No manual database setup required — tables are created automatically on first start.
